Manager, Email Programs

BrightWave, an Ansira company, is on the hunt for a Manager, Email Programs to lead the day-to-day campaign production efforts across a large-scale client partner. This person is responsible for understanding the client's business, how the work BrightWave manages supports the client's business and helps to define how success looks for the BrightWave team. This role will work in close partnership with the Account Director and Technical Campaign Manager(s). 
 
In addition, the Manager, Email Programs will manage all campaign related client communication with key client contacts. An expert communicator is a key component of this role and it is important the best lines of communication are established and enforced inside the agency and with our client partner. This role will also lead the campaign delivery team on the account, ensuring the large scale production process is defined & adhered to, timelines are met, and the budget is properly tracked. The success of this role is measured on campaign accuracy, campaign team efficiency & client satisfaction.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Extensive understanding of campaign management, large-scale email production, e-commerce email best practices and email processes
  • Experience deploying campaigns within Cordial email platform and understanding of manual email campaign requirements
  • Expertise defining, implementing and reinforcing an established process for internal teams and the client
  • Experience escalating campaign risks/issues to the client and demonstrated ability to problem solve & make quick decisions
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under ever-changing needs and schedules; handling multiple projects at once while meeting tight deadlines
  • Understanding of project management processes (timeline development, budget management, etc.) and quality assurance/control (QA/QC) protocols 
  • Experience in a client facing role as main point of contact or on the client side as agency main point of contact
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate ideas and direction clearly in both oral and written communication

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 8+ years of client and agency experience managing large-scale production of email campaigns
  • Preferred experience managing or leading a team managing a high volume of email campaigns
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree in related field preferred
  • Cordial experience is required for this role
