BrightWave, an Ansira Company, is searching far and wide for a multi-talented Account Director. This email marketing wunderkind can lead program planning and own the client relationship across multiple key agency accounts. The AD will partner with clients and internal BrightWave teams to develop goals and marketing strategies, display compelling presentation skills to sell in ideas, and will lead a cross-capability team to deliver creative thinking and solutions to exceed client objectives.
In addition to the aforementioned superhuman traits, the AD will lead the charge in managing account budgeting, including tracking against client revenue growth & forecasting, and setting expectations internally and externally through clear, direct and specific documentation & communication. The AD is also responsible for organic growth efforts and has a proven track record in maintaining and growing accounts. The AD reports to the VP, Group Account Director and will be the primary owner of the client relationship.

This role may require up to 25 - 50% travel
